A Passion for Food and Wine
A fire that was lit at the age of nineteen.
I grew up in a family of rare drinkers so I had little exposure to wine or spirits. I was introduced to the world of wine through my wine and spirits classes at the Culinary Institute of America. I was bitten then by the wine bug. Learning about wine seemed so intimidating, it shouldn't be! I've spent the last 20 years in the wine industry opening that world to others. I bring to you all my experience and love of subject in a personalized, small class environment. Wine is fun! Wine is delicious!
